Mindfulness Creates Time

Sometimes it is hard to think of what to say in uncomfortable situations. Life throws us pebbles or even boulders in our path. Think back to a time when life was easier. As children, we play. We have no cares outside our tiny world.

As we grow older, life evolves to include situations of unease. Finding security and assuring our needs are met becomes challenging. Finding that open pathway toward light has created unrest.

We have cause to believe that time is the source of difficulty. We don’t have enough of it! When we seek more time, it eludes us. We become so busy with our tasks, that we fail to see the truth.

Mindfulness creates time. When we are mindfully aware of each step we take, each dish we wash, we realize the extent of our folly. We become aware. Aware that we have everything we need, including time.

Mindfulness is a Practice

Please be aware that mindfulness is a practice. A practice to decrease worry and concerns about the future and the past. Mindfulness offers a path toward increasing awareness to our soul’s needs.

And what does our soul crave? Connection with those we love. Acceptance to what is. Knowledge that we are one with all that is.

Life evolves. Sometimes it is harsh and sad. Do not take this sadness in. Little is gained from feeling sad for extensive periods of time.

When we realize that we are one with all that is, we gain new insights into who we are and who we want to become. We are all from the same life force or energy. Take time to note that you can see yourself in your friends and family members. All are created from the same cloth that has created the Earth.

Enjoy what life has created for you and for all. Rest in the awareness that mindfulness brings.
