Open A New Path

Open A New Path

When we find ourselves stuck, we feel there is no possible movement, no change, no way out.  Finding a new path seems insurmountable.  Finding our existence within the past present and future can lead us to a new understanding.

Finding a new understanding leads us out of the muck that we have found ourselves in. And it provides us with greater awareness to life that surrounds us.  Finding our existence from within rather than without will lead us to a life of greater ease.

Leading Life from Within

And what does that mean, a life led from within?  When we allow ourselves to focus on what others have and permit ourselves to ask, “why do they have more than me?”  That is the fallacy.  We are all equal; we are all on the same path toward the unification of all beings.  We have the opportunity become present with ourselves, to feel grateful for what we have, with the understanding and appreciation of what others have attained.

Why do we allow ourselves to focus on what we don’t have when the universe has given us so much?  What can we do to empower ourselves with love and understanding?  Where can we go to find such guidance?  We look from within to find the answers to these questions.

Support One Another Leads to Understanding of Ourselves

Life has provided us with the opportunity to find possibilities that exist from day one.  When we squander our time wondering how we can attain what our neighbor has, we have lost focus on what matters in life.  Finding a true understanding of how we can support each other in peace and understanding leads us to a path of better understanding ourselves.

How can we find this new path of understanding when we only know one way of doing things?  When we remain curious and open new paths flourish.  When we look toward the horizon we see how life can be.  When we honor what has passed and allow the past to stay in the past, we can open doors into a new future that we never thought possible.

Heal Traumas, Create Joy

When we ring in the new year with grace and understanding of what God has brought us, we bring forth a new hour of the dawn.  In this new light, we come to understand that life has no meaning beyond this moment.  We have come to existence to create connections with one another, to heal from the traumas in our past and to love one another in gratitude for the day and the days to come.  When we can heal from our past traumas, we can let go of the patterns that hinder our progress.

When we hold onto grudges we exist in the past, and we allow that pattern of ill-will to continue.  When we can love and receive acceptance of what love can provide us, we can create new patterns that lead to joy, grace and understanding.

How can we let go of our past traumas?  How can we create new patterns of thinking to help promote happiness?  We begin by loving ourselves.  When we can note all the positive things that your existence has created, we can open those new doors of loving awareness.  Time has allowed the past to stay in the past.  It is our thought patterns that allow the continuation of the trauma in to the present day.  Each time we think of what has harmed us in the past, we develop a more entrenched in our thoughts of how we cannot recover from the harms of what has occurred in the past.

Forgiveness

Our way out of this is forgiveness.  When we can forgive, we can begin to let go.  When we think of the trauma that has occurred, it no longer has the same effect on us that it had.  We also find that we do not continue to reflect and relive those moments as we had.

There are signs of awareness that bring up new ideas that lead us into a new direction.  Time has allowed this to be.  Existence from within allows for greater understanding of ourselves and our true needs.  Becoming one with existence, with all that is, allows us to have great compassion and leads us to a new understanding of existence.  When we feel what others feel, when we can go beyond our life, and view life as others do, we are allowing a force greater than ourselves to bind us together.  It is when we come together, united that we can improve the quality of our lives and that of others around you.
